How much does it cost to use PEXA Clear?

No lock-in contracts, sign-up fees or subscriptions. PEXA Clear is priced per transaction, so costs stay in line with your sales volume, and you only pay when you use it. 

Prices for Real Estate Agents, Lawyers and Conveyancers:

  • $40 for AU/NZ Individuals
  • $65 for AU Businesses*

*Exclusions apply as follows:

• The above price applies to sole traders and single-layer companies with 2 unique beneficial owners (UBOs) only (Simple KYC).
• For each additional UBO above the limit for Simple KYB, there will be charge of $10 per UBO, except where there are multiple structure layers (including, without limitation, trust structures, multi-layered companies, partnerships and foreign businesses) (Complex KYB).
• Complex KYB will have bespoke pricing based on the case complexity, which we will notify you of prior to commencing the Complex KYB process.
